Slow Download Speeds?
Wavy Fx always makes your videos to be the highest quality possible, this means the file size on certain videos can be very high and cause for more time needed for the video to download the data as their is much more data to be processed.

This is most seen with videos that are 4K or 6K.
Videos of this kind should take 20 mins
to download depending on your networks providers download speeds.

You will be contacted shortly through a Email
by us confirming your purchase and us giving you a brief on your ideas confirming aspects of the project. It is Important that Users who are sending footage to edit have also sent footage to us by pasting the link to the footage in the requirements page before purchase. If we have noticed any issues with your order we will notify you by email as soon as possible. We will then work on your product if you got additional ideas you want to add and change during the process, please contact us through email or on are socials of your name and additional changes and ideas that you may have forgot as we all know that you may forget something in the spring of the moment.

Wavy Fx always renders your video's In the highest quality that corresponds with the footages resolution. If Your footage is HD, Wavy FX will render the video in HD, If your footage Is 4K Wavy Fx will render your video in 4K.

If you got low end quality footage, Wavy FX Will Upscale the quality to bring out more Resolution to your Footage If necessary. This is usually done to footage that was filmed on very old devices by the consumer.

Why not Convert HD videos to 4K ?
If the Users Want This To Be Done It Can Be applied however the reason why Wavy Fx wont upscale your HD footage to 4K is Cause most cases the Quality will not be true 4k and the quality will be Just Stretched HD Pixels, as Your HD footage doesn't Contain The same Size Aspect Pixel Ratio and Pixel Data as True 4K footage. This means the upscaling HD to 4K doesn't always give you noticeable quality Improvements.

Safety Procedures
When filming Wavy Fx looks at all the areas in a location that could cause safety concerns and we create procedures to stop the risk of harm to Cast Crew and Public. We take safety seriously and always work hard to find ways to accomplish goals in the safest ways possible.

We may use caution tape to tape down loose wires that may cause a hazard and move them into isolated areas where, there is less risk of hazard.
Hazard Mats may be used to as addition to cover up wires through walkways.
We always look into location schemes to make sure we film in areas away from fire exits so that Fire procedures can go smoothly. In addition all cast and crew will be Reminded and briefed on areas of fire exits before start the start of the filming process. This Is just a brief take on how we take on safety procedures they may be more additional safety procedures we may have to take depending on the type of project.
Failure To Send Footage
To Editor
If you fail to send a link to where the editor can download the footage this can cause delays to your video being edited and completed. The editor will confirm in a email that he has received your sent footage, if its not there you will get alternative email where the the editor will ask for a link to the footage.

Forgetting To Send
A Piece Of Footage
We remind all customers to please check they have uploaded everything they needed before the editing process starts, as missing footage you forgot to send can cause delay to your work being completed and sometimes we are unable to add these additional footage you may forgot in the video.

If you believe your missing a file your forgot to send just click the button below to contact us about this issue. then include the link to the footage we will try to do everything we can to add this addition within your video however other times this may not be possible if the project has been fully completed.

Greenscreen's
You have footage that you want to be keyed out for your video, no worries we are able to take your greenscreen footage and key out your clips and Implement them within your project.

Consumers should be aware that greenscreens should be well Lit for the best results, to remove shadows casting on the greenscreen background. As these can cause imperfection to the final result. However Wavy FX will always will work hard to bring out the best in the greenscreen to make the results look perfect.
Do you need a greenscreen video to be a transparent clip ? if so we are able to take your greenscreen footage and convert it to be a transparent video clip so you wont ever have to key out the footage again.
Revisions
We allow are consumers to have one Revision this means they are free to review a video and change a few aspects of the video.

An example the customer may not like certain colour or music, or need a change of wording within there subtitles or cut and remove a certain section out. These are all allowed changes allowed to be made within a revision.
​
Revisions cannot be used to add additional more footage into the video that was not sent before.
​
Once your revision has been complete the consumer is not allowed to make any further additional changes without paying the additional Revision charge costs.
